I am a unique coach who leads from passion and empathy to help you get whatever it is that you're after! I am kind and patient, but also can have the "tough conversations" when needed. I get to know you well and will show you things about yourself that you may have never realized. I care deeply about my clients, and I will be accessible to you throughout our time together.

I do not engage with my clients any more than 6 months at a time. I do this because I believe that change shouldn't be a long and drawn-out process. If we are still discussing the same things after six months, I must have done a poor job, and you should consider moving on! My job is to help you and empower you with the tools to handle similar situations in the future. The most common thing I hear from my clients is, "Mat has changed my perspective on how I do life/work/business, etc.

To create a more comprehensive offering for my clients, I am also a current seminary student, pursuing my Master's of Divinity. Faith, business, sales, and personal transformation are where I find my "sweet spot" and can serve my clients best! I have developed numerous training programs over the years, serving a wide variety of professionals and companies.
